Important Dates:
Deadline for abstract submission: 15th October 2021Extended to 25th October 2021
Review of abstract: 16th October – By the end of October 2021
Announcement of accepted abstract: 5th November 2021
Registration period from November 1 to November 12
* If the presenting author does not register for the 6th International Symposium on Conservation and Management of Tropical Lakes by the deadline, his/her abstract will be automatically withdrawn.
Abstract Topics:
Ecosystem, conservation and biodiversity of tropical inland water
Ecohydrology, biogeochemical and physical processes in tropical aquatic ecosystems
Information sharing, data mining, knowledge management, decision support system for integrated lake basin management including remote sensing, GIS and related tools
Information sharing and stakeholder engagement, citizen science, local community knowledge and cultural practices in support of policies on sustainable management of inland waters
Nature-based solutions (NbS) and environment and social impact assessment (ESIA)
Other related topics are also welcome.

Step 2: Login and go to “Submission”
Step 3: Upload the abstract and click “Submit”
Step 4: There will be a text telling you have successfully submitted your file on the website
Note: Please rename your abstract file name as “[Topic #]_[Surname-first name of the first author]_[Abstract title]”
Abstract Guidelines
Abstract must be submitted in English and should not exceed 300 words
The abstract must not contain figure, photo, table and reference citation
Keywords should be up to 5 and in italic
The abstract that is not in the correct format will be returned and the corresponding authors may have to resubmit.
